The breakfast selection included local finnish pastries and savory options. a japanese-style toilet added a refined touch to the bathroom. it stood out. I did not expect that.
the entrance was inconvenient, particularly when i used a baby stroller.

the breakfast buffet included smoked salmon fruits veg and a variety of juice the hotel is a five minute walk to the central station it makes airport transfers easy via commuter train. the staff are polite and helpful the hotel provides a convenient location for exploring the city.

We booked a premium xl room. the design was great and the amenities complete. i really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. the cocktails at the kupoli cocktail bar were creative and tasty, the bar team did a great job. the gym had everything i needed and was super clean. the spa was a nice extra to relax. i also liked the breakfast. It is served until 1 pm on weekends. the staff were professional and helpful.
i heard noise from pipes during the night, it was really annoying.

the location is centric, it makes access to many attractions easy. it is close to public transport. the hotel being new, not all taxi drivers knew exactly where to find it, but that's a minor thing.

quite nice Stay, but with issues

i enjoyed the location, as it was a short walk from the train station. the spa was nice and the gym had new equipment. staff were friendly at reception and restaurant and at the bar!
the front desk said they would investigate but never followed up. Staying at a hotel and not being able to sleep doesn't pass the basic bar. the front desk lady couldn't explain the bill, and the poor customer service isn't what i expect. It was disappointing!
